Mayfair Power and Tower Race 2017

The ultimate staircase running challenge returns to London!

This year’s Mayfair Power & Tower Race will take place on Friday May 26th in Hyde Park.  Do come and join us for this breakfast challenge!

The race incorporates a 5km run around Hyde Park followed by a gruelling tower run up the 475 steps of London Hilton on Park Lane to Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows restaurant on the 28th floor. As a runner, you will start at the bandstand in Hyde Park, then run 5km around Hyde Park and through the underpass on Park Lane and enter into the reception of the iconic London Hilton on Park Lane. Then you scale the 28 floors and 475 steps to the finish at the top, where you will be greeted with a champagne breakfast a Galvin at Windows with incredible views over London.

All funds raised must be payable to DM Thomas Foundation for Young People, which will then be ring-fenced for our Galvin's Chance programme.

All participants must be over 16.

Participants are responsible for their own medical condition. If you are in doubt about your fitness then you must consult your doctor before signing up to the event.

DM Thomas Foundation for Young People (formerly known as Hilton in the Community Foundation) will be organising this event following best practice guidelines and health and safety standards. You will be entering the Mayfair Power & Tower Race at your own risk and agree that the Foundation and associated companies and partners shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of participation.

By taking part, all participants confirm they are happy for any photographs taken during this event to be used by DM Thomas Foundation for Young People to publicise events and DM Thomas Foundation for Young People generally.
