Congratualation to our fantastic runners who took part in The Mayfair Power and Tower Race 2017 on 26th May in support of Galvin’s Chance!
Over 90 runners took on our unique challenge, running 5km around Hyde Park, pass the famous Serpentine lake, through the underpass on Park Lane before arriving at the iconic London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel. From there our brave runners took on an epic 28 flights of stairs to reach the finishing line at the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows Restaurant. To reward their mighty efforts, runners were presented with finisher’s medals, a well-earned glass of champagne and breakfast. This year’s winners were Mark Apsey and Louisa Lingley who completed the race in 19:52 minutes and 21:40 minutes respectively.
